Child Safety Standards

Curayt maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across all of its products. These standards describe how our apps with community or social features prevent, detect, and respond to content or behavior that endangers or sexualizes minors.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to keeping our community safe. We do not tolerate any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. Anyone found engaging in such behavior is permanently removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, animated, or computer-generated depictions.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, or endanger a minor.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content in usernames, profile photos, or user-submitted content.
• Sharing or requesting personal contact information from a minor for exploitative purposes.

3. How We Prevent and Detect Abuse

• Agreed community guidelines. Every user must agree to our community guidelines — which state a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users — before using the app.
• Content filtering. User-generated text such as usernames is automatically screened against a block list of objectionable terms and rejected.
• No private messaging. Our apps do not offer direct or private messaging between users, significantly reducing the risk of grooming and solicitation.
• Minimal profile data. Profiles consist only of a username and an optional photo; we do not collect a user's location or contact list.

4. How to Report

Any user can report objectionable content or an abusive user directly in the app from that person's profile using the "Report" option, and can block a user so their content is removed from view immediately. Reports are also sent to our team for review. You may additionally email us at support@curayt.com with any child safety concern.

5. How We Respond

• We review every report and remove violating content and the responsible account, typically within 24 hours.
• We preserve relevant evidence and report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities as required by law.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned.

6. Legal Compliance

Curayt complies with all applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where our apps operate, including reporting to regional and national authorities where required.
